Digital delivery

This store sells downloadable digital sewing patterns. After a successful purchase, the digital file is delivered electronically through Shopify's digital delivery system.

No physical shipment

Nothing will be mailed to you. You do not need to wait for a physical delivery.

Access problems

If your download link does not work, the file cannot be opened, or you experience another technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us and provide your order details. We will help you access the purchased files.

Refund requests

Because digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, refund eligibility can depend on whether the files have been accessed or downloaded and on applicable consumer-protection laws. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can review the request.
